Helping buyers and sellers navigate life's biggest transitions with confidence.
Growing up in the Seattle area and now proudly serving clients throughout Whatcom and Skagit County, I bring a background rooted in communication, problem-solving, and client service.
Before becoming a Realtor®, I worked as a television news producer, in human resources and operations management, and spent more than a decade running a successful floral design business.
Today, I help buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating families make informed real estate decisions with clear communication, local expertise, and a commitment to making every step of the process feel organized and stress-free.
A career built on communication, relationships, and helping people move forward.
I grew up in the greater Seattle area and earned my bachelor's degree in communication with a minor in business management from Washington State University. Before beginning my real estate career, I worked as a television news producer, in human resources and operations management, and spent 13 years as the owner and operator of a floral design studio serving hundreds of local couples throughout the Pacific Northwest.
While my professional background is diverse, the common thread has always been working with people. Building relationships, solving problems, and helping others navigate important decisions has always been at the center of what I enjoy most.
After a lifelong interest in real estate, I became licensed in 2017 and now help buyers and sellers throughout Whatcom and Skagit County. From first-time homebuyers and growing families to downsizers and relocation clients, I enjoy helping people navigate major life transitions with confidence.
My goal is to make every transaction feel organized, informed, and as stress-free as possible. Clear communication and attention to detail are two areas I prioritize throughout every stage of the process, ensuring my clients always feel supported and informed.
In addition to helping traditional buyers and sellers, I work with investors who are building long-term portfolios throughout Northwest Washington. I also have firsthand experience with lakefront ownership as a Lake Samish resident and understand the unique opportunities and considerations that come with waterfront properties.
Whether you're purchasing your first home, moving into your forever home, building an investment portfolio, or selling a property you've owned for years, I believe every client deserves thoughtful guidance tailored to their goals.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me reading, cooking, baking, hiking, gardening, traveling, or spending time with family and friends. Community involvement is also important to me, and I'm proud to support organizations including Seattle Children's Hospital, Lydia Place, and the Dave Nelson Memorial Foundation.
I feel incredibly fortunate to help people through some of life's biggest milestones and remain grateful for the trust my clients place in me every day.
